FRIENDSHIP by Vener Santos

                                                       

  

                                                            Days will pass
                                                            And things will grow old 
                                                            And soon will decay 

                                                            But when friendship starts , 
                                                            All the year remain fresh . 

                                                            Friends will grow old 
                                                            But friendship will never . 
                                                            As long as we both care 
                                                            It will remain young forever 

        Death will separate it on earth , 

                                                            But it will reborn in Heaven
                         Vener Santos made this poem to all Filipinos to understand what friendship is all about and what friendship brings to our lives . I know that all of us have a friends . Of coarse , we have different friends , different laughters and different sadness .

                         Filipinos are very friendly people . We treasure those people who are nice and true to us and makes us feel that we are family , a family that will help each other .

                        Friendship unites the Filipinos . In unity they make things possible . A friend is the one who will support and comfort you in times of weakness and happiness .

                        On the first paragraph it states there that everything will grow old but friendship will always remain fresh in our mind and hearts . Just like our mom , dad , lola and lolo even if they're already old their friends are still there . They still treasure those people .

                        There are times that friendship breaks because of some misunderstanding and problems but because of love and care with each other these things will fade and turn into a new beginning . Forever is a word that means no end , that's what the second paragraph talks about . Friendship will continue to be stronger and no one can break it . That's what we call FRIENDSHIP .
